Dyed to Order Listings are available!
I'm introducing a new dyed-to-order system effective February 2025.
Here's how it works:
Preordered yarn has a 3-4 week turnaround.
If you place an order for yarn between the 1st and 15th of a month, the yarn will usually ship around the 23rd-26th of the month.
If you place an order for yarn between the 16th and 31st of a month, the yarn will usually ship between the 9th and 12th the following month.
Meet the Dyer
Ryan Yarn was born of a wild knitter's desire to fill the shelves of his LYS with even more beautiful and squishy yarns. Ryan grew up near Savannah, Georgia and relocated to Athens, Georgia in 2014, where he has been happily knitting ever since he picked up the craft at a university knit group in 2015. He first dipped his toes into the dyeing world interning with The Flying Kettle Dyeworks and struck out on his own in December 2019. Now, 4 years later, he's still thrilled to dye yarn a few nights a week and send it out into the world.
