Ryan Yarn does not accept returns, however please let us know if there is an issue with your order!

Shipping

Ready-to-ship items usually go out in 3-5 days unless otherwise noted. Dyed-to-order items usually have a timeframe in the listing. If we expect a delay, we will contact you ASAP.

Ryan Yarn is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and once yarn leaves our hands and goes to the post office, we can't do anything more than you can, so make sure your address is entered correctly when checking out!
